Workaround

Found a workaround.
Copied the installation to an XP PC and started the installation.
Here I found the files were unzipped into folder : "C:\Documents and settings\%username&\Local settings\Temp\wzse0.tmp\".

Still - IBM : You should be prompting for where to extracts the files.
